Flexible contracts
EASY IN/ EASY OUT : our office leases offer flexibility with renewable contracts and a notice period of only three months.
All-inclusive offer
With a fixed monthly payment, all your expenses are covered, including electricity, water, gas, and high-speed internet. This includes not only essential services but also all taxes and building maintenance fees, for maximum simplified management.
Location and accessibility
We are located just 5 minutes from Erasme metro station in Anderlecht, 10 minutes from a bus stop, and close to the highway (Brussels ring road).
Restaurant
Enjoy hot or cold meals prepared daily at Fresh Cantina, as well as a variety of sandwiches, snacks, and coffee directly at your workplace.
Reception and mail
Our reception is available if needed from 8 am to 5 pm and handles the collection of your packages and mail.
Gym and shower
Stay active with our fitness room and private coach, offering activities such as spinning, running, body pump, or yoga! Showers are available on-site.
Break Time Lounge
Our "Break Time Lounge" offers a space where residents can have a coffee, chat, or make calls in peace in the "Phone Bubbles." It's the perfect place to take a little break!
Car and bike parking
EEBIC provides secure parking for your bikes and cars, as well as 5 charging stations for electric cars.
Zen Room
Take a moment to relax or enjoy an energizing nap in our "Zen Room".
Eco-dynamic building
Our commitment to the environment is reflected in the organization of our passive building, including waste sorting and promoting sustainable mobility.
Price
Starting from €420 per month, for every innovative startup - private office - all-inclusive (costs, taxes, and prepayment).
"Junior" Price
Starting from €270 per month - private office - all-inclusive (costs, taxes, and prepayment).
If your startup is less than 6 months old, you are eligible for the junior rate for a limited time.

Where can I find information on your office rates ?
Since our offer is customizable and tailored, we invite you to fill out the contact form or call us for information on our rates. As a public incubator in the Brussels-Capital Region, we are committed to offering the most competitive rates possible.
Is there a co-working space at EEBIC ?
Currently, a co-working space is only available for "junior" startups.
What are the benefits of the passive building ?
Our modern and passive building ensures a pleasant temperature in winter and maintains coolness in summer, providing a comfortable working environment all year round.
Is parking included in the office rental ?
Secure bike parking is free; however, parking for personal or employee vehicles is not included. For more information on this, please contact us.
Is the restaurant open every day ?
The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, offering a variety of meal options. For events organized on weekends, the restaurant can also handle catering upon request.
