Can I organize an event in the evening or on the weekend ?

Yes, EEBIC offers you the possibility to organize your events, workshops, or seminars outside office hours. Please contact us via our contact page or by phone to discuss further !

How can I book a meeting room?

To book a meeting room, simply click on the "Book a meeting room" button above. You will be redirected to the Zapfloor platform. If you do not yet have an account, you can quickly create one. Once on the platform, you will have access to the availability calendar and can choose the room that suits you.

I am having issues with the room booking platform, who should I contact ?

The easiest way is to contact us directly by phone at: 0491 34 30 32 or via the contact form on our website.

Can I pay directly via the booking platform ?

Yes! For ease, you can pay directly via Payconic on the platform.

Can my guests use the bike or car parking spaces ?

Yes, as far as possible depending on the number of spaces available for visitors on the day of the event. The earlier you plan your event, the more likely you are to secure a space! Please inform us by email of the number of spaces needed.

I booked a meeting room but need to cancel my reservation. What should I do ?

If you cancel a week before your event, we will refund the amount paid. If this deadline is exceeded, we will have to charge you for the meeting even if it does not take place.

Can we use an external caterer for our events, or do we have to order from the on-site caterer ?

It's up to you! However, for convenience, we highly recommend ordering from Fresh Cantina located within our building.

Can we order snacks or coffee/tea ?

Yes, from Fresh Cantina located in the building.

Can I print documents on-site ?

Yes, we offer the option to print in color or black and white. Please note that prints will be charged.
